Hi dear friend...thanks for RTTY contact on 20m, very good web-site. I am really interested in DXing but I didn't have such good antennas. Best 73 Stefano IZ3NVR Admin reply: Hello my friend DXing is a lot of fun and contests are a great opportunity to work new countries if you don't have good antennas, Perhaps you should look into the hex beam, it's a small antenna, about 1/2 the size of a 2 element yagi, but with about the same performance, a 5 band hex beam would not be hard to build at all, I will probably put a 3 band hex up when I finally get my SO2R station finished. Good luck and enjoy the DXing Bill

Admin reply: Thanks for signing my guestbook, Yes my station proves you do not have to spend a fortune to have a signal on the HF bands HI HI, I have had my SB220 for many years it only cost 550 USD's and makes 1200 watts output all contest weekend long! The A4S is a low cost tri-bander that gets the job done. I have had my IC-756 Pro II since Feb 2008 and I love that radio, great audio and really great DSP filtering, it is a super RTTY radio and that is my favorite mode. I look forward to seeing you weekend after next in the RTTY contest! I will be active on all bands, all weekend long Thanks again and take care my friend! Bill K4FX
